I did one circuit of Mini-Blasts on Saturday after refereeing. It's all I could do.
Will try to do four today.
It's going to be a while before I can do Mega-Blasters.

Good - honestly, I would try to increase the volume 4 mini blasters per day.

so if you do 2x10 today, then 2x12 the next time. At some point decrease adn add a third round, etc.

You can get to 80 in no time.

Also, looking to lose 20 pounds by March. Not sure if that is possible, but getting under 200 (210 now) would help with these exercises a lot.

T-Day and Xmas and every day in between will make that more challenging.
