That will be about 5.5 years since the launch of PS4. I’m surprised they’ve kept them going this long.

The more I play Yakuza 0, the more I just keep finding new ways it is awesome.

I'm totally hooked by Into the Breach.

Fought the boss for the first time, after 3 islands cleared. Almost beat it, assuming there are only two floors before victory. Maybe there's more, but blowing up the bug's nest seemed like a good finale. Lost of the last turn, and I think I would have won at least that second round had I known the bomb thing had 4 health, not 1. It was taking 3 damage, and I could have just left it. Ugh... learning to really double-check all damage and health.

Who am I kidding, rule of three. Must have been another floor to clear.

Back to a new crew, and the initial levels are so easy now that I know how to play. It kind of clicked with me after 4-5 islands total. Making enemies attack each other is great.

Finished Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Overall a decent game. Early game seemed better than the late game. A number of really annoying bugs but at least I could get a PC mod that let me save whenever I wanted to mitigate that a little. (Somewhat buggy game and restricted saving is a really stupid decision by the developer).

Over 300 bugs AND save on exit was added in patch 1.3.

I've been playing that dwarf game with my brother. I forget what it's called. Anyway, you land in a randomly generated cavern, search for minerals, and occasionally get attacked by swarms of bugs (ala Left 4 dead).

It's a nice game. Though very repetitive. After no time at all, the caverns and bugs all feel the same. What it brings to the table is the on-again off-again tempo of L4D, and the calming simplistic mining-exploration of mine-craft.

Also "Slay the Spire"-- the latest roguelike-deckbuilder-dungeoncrawl. I like it a lot. Similar to dominion/ascension/star realms, except the gameplay is optimized for single-player, computer-based, hour long games. I just have to remember that it's a tool to 'decompress' between study hours and not something to eat my study hours.

I keep looking into things that are like L4D, but none of them have grabbed me. L4D1&2 are so good. I would love a third now that Valve is supposedly making games again.

Yeah, definitely not the dwarf game.

In other news Slay the Spire is not so great drunk. All the monsters are terrifying and all my actions are wrong.
