They haven't determined what areas will have it. It's all based on who pre-registers for it. Google is looking for a certain percentage of a neighborhood to pre-register before installing. So, you need to wait, find out the neighborhood, THEN move!

KC is ball-rottingly hot and humid in the summer. And close enough to STL that you get some of their stench on you
