Premium refunds were just announced by some carriers. Not just mutual companies. AMFAM (mutual) and then Allstate (stock). In the news, I didn't see a word dividend. Not sure if even AMFAM will call it dividend because they seem to be refunding premium in anticipation of lower loss ratios in the coming months as well.
