Default 2020 NFL Mock Drafts

I saw this on reddit and thought it was cool:

https://thedraftnetwork.com/mock-draft-machine

You can simulate drafts for you favorite teams. Anyone trying this and getting hyped?

I wish it could isolate your team after the simulation.

I did three rounds, so now you need to search for your team's picks

There's a spot towards the right side of the screen that says "my picks". Click there

I've been playing around with mocks. The site in the OP is solid, running fast and allowing trades for free. However it is nice to play against a variety of draft boards and team needs to see how things could play out. Here are some other mock simulators I've been using with some comments on their quality.

PFF has one that allows trades and will rate your draft.Sometimes it runs pretty quickly, and other times it runs slowly or gets hung up (traffic bog down?). The rating feature is nice, but there are no explanations for the ratings. Usually the ratings look decent, but other times they make no sense. For example, one thing I think is dead wrong in their ratings: if Derrick Brown, who's a consensus top 10 and maybe top 5 player in this draft, falls to ATL at 16 they think that's a horrible pick. That's a position of need too. Same if Kinlaw falls to ATL there. https://www.pff.com/draft/nfl-mock-draft-simulator

Fanspeak seems to be a popular one. It's best features are probably the links to player stats on the draft board and the ability to select which board you want to draft against from a number of options. However it runs slowly, pauses between each round, and doesn't allow trades unless you upgrade. Also has a bunch of click-baity adds on it to avoid. https://fanspeak.com/ontheclock-nfl-...ator/draft.php

NFLmockdraftdatabase runs medium speed and allows trades. Pretty basic site but it works well. https://www.nflmockdraftdatabase.com...raft-simulator

Walk the Mock runs really quickly. Basic but it works. It has no options for trades unless you pay to upgrade where it promises other bells and whistles too like links to player cards. https://www.walkthemock.com/
