actually, with ducks, there would be a "fight off coyotes wanting to eat our ducks" job, but it's nocturnal

stu wants ducks mainly for the eggs, more than the meat. He cooked duck for the family a few weeks ago and... it wasn't good.

certainly not as good as lamb or goat

Cassoulet though.

Actually, I have never had cassoulet. But Mr. Mononoke was talking about cooking it at some point. Sounds great.
