Default 401k match survey

Poll will be added shortly. Include any guaranteed annual contribution. For example, if you get 3% match everytime you get paid, and get another 3% once a year around bonus time, your answer would be 6%. Don't include anything that depends on company performance.

If part of the company contribution depends on tenure/age, enter the minimum.

No match for DC plan. DB plan is 11% both EE/ER, but I can only take my contributions if I leave (if I die before benefits start, beneficiary gets both EE/ER contribution).

Marked it zero.

Didn't read before voting. My paycheck amount is 4% and an additional 2.5% around this time of year. I should have put 6.5% (or 7%) but put 4%.

But I want to include the maximum! Need another poll now to better compare benefits distribution. Also, maybe one that includes the non-guaranteed amounts as well.

Company contributes 8.0%, no match required.

Company also contributes another 2.5% annually based on company performance. This isn't guaranteed... but it's been so regular that it has become more or less expected.
