Manipulating women...now THAT's hard. Probably because most woman have no clue what they like.

To both above:

I'm a joker and all, but forever might be the time limit on "too soon" for something like this.

Really? I think this is a horrible human being that slandered victims of sexual abuse to protect his assistant coach.

And that makes it okay to call a man who accidentally hit someone who was on the road, out of their car, and immediately stopped and reported the incident a murderer?

This incident is totally unrelated to the rest of Boeheim's life, and based on the information presented here it was clearly a serious lapse in judgment on the victim to expect that anyone driving at 60mph at night, in bad weather, to not only expect a pedestrian on the roadway but be able to swerve out of the way in time to avoid a collision.

Hopefully you will never be in that situation, but best to read this just in case:

It is inadvisable to walk on an interstate, especially during inclement weather. However, if you can reach a source of help on foot, without jeopardizing your physical or personal safety, try the direct approach by walking. Keep as far from traffic as possible and walk on the right side of the roadway. Never attempt to cross a multi-lane, high speed roadway
