I use the recumbent ones at my gym simply because the seats on the regular one are seriously uncomfortable. All I can say is that if I sit on one of those for twenty minutes it's a very good thing that I don't want any more children.

So, it looks like to start here's the challenge:

W/O Jan 9:

Exercise 6 out of 7 days. (length/day TBD)

Heck, I'll even volunteer to keep tabs. If y'all want to send me PMs to say who's in, I'll track each person, days exercised, and length of session. Waddya say?

It took me 4 years from the time this thread started, but I have finally managed to work out for at least 30 minutes, for 6 days in a row. I actually did 9 days in a row:

Thu 21 Jan - two workouts (30 min, 45 min) (on a business trip)
Fri 22 Jan - 40 min (on a business trip)
Sat 23 Jan - 46 min
Sun 24 Jan - 60 min
Mon 25 Jan - 33 min
Tue 26 Jan - 30 min
Wed 27 Jan - 45 min
Thu 28 Jan - 45 min
Fri 29 Jan - 30 min

I always cap out at 5 days a week. I have seriously been waiting for 4 years to post in this thread.
