When I lived in VA I was amazed at how (relatively) cheap vanity plates were.

Yes, vanity plates are cheap here (an extra $10 a year, an extra $10 up front, IIRC).

Not sure, but I think it's

"Carrying Concealed Weapon - 9 millimeter"

[tan] At my church, we have a game warden who occasionally is "on call" during mass time, and due to our limited schedule, he doesn't have a lot of other options. So he comes to mass in full uniform, including unconcealed sidearm. It's very bizarre to walk to communion behind a guy carrying a pistol on his belt. [/tan]
