Default I need help deciding

I'm not sure if I should try to get ready for MLC in the fall, or hold off and take C in Feb and MLC in April (haven't started studying for either one yet)... what do you guys think?

I see that you still have a year of undergrad left. Do you have a job lined up for after graduation yet? If not, why bother taking MLC at this point, since you may end up taking a P&C job offer? I would shoot for C in February and then let your career path dictate your exam schedule.

I'm definitely leaning toward life or health but you're probably right, I'll just stick with C in February.

One good thing about taking MLC last (which is what I plan to do) is that it's the only SOA prelim without instant results, so you can work on FAP while waiting for results, rather than starting to study for another exam and then (possibly, hopefully not) finding out you need to abandon it and re-study for MLC.

This is myopic advice. To reiterate what I said earlier, why start SOA-specific material when you don't know if you'll be pursuing an SOA credential? Especially material as expensive as modules. If you do end up working in Life or Health as you hope to, at least let your employer pay for them. Take C in February and spend excess energy applying for jobs and enjoying your last year of college to the fullest.
