Wow. Who would've seen the ENG v GER CL matchups turning out like this?

Figure at least two will play each other next round.
Drawing on Friday for Quarter's, Semi's and final's home team.
Five Manchester Derbies in one season still possible.

Somewhat interesting twist in Champions League draw:

http://www.espn.com/soccer/mancheste...ld-be-reversed

Short version: MCI and MUN cannot play at home on the same day or consecutive days. (Guessing due to logistics of lodgings or security?)

So, MUN's matches would be switched to conform.

And, if they both advance, the same rule would be in effect for the semi's.

Wow. Some UCL draw we got.

Tottenham v City
Liverpool v Porto
Juventus v Ajax
United v Barcelona

Semi-final draw done in advance as well and the winner of Liverpool v Porto will face the winner of United v Barcelona. Tottenham v City winner faces Juventus v Ajax winner.

Meanwhile in Europa League, Arsenal v Napoli as well as Villareal v Valencia shape up to be two good matches.

Too bad it is hypothetical. Unfortunately the Spursí dream will die against Man City.
