Default Actex IFM 2019 vs 2020

For anyone planning to take the IFM exam in Nov 2020 sitting:

Is it alright to use the Fall 2019 (2nd edition) Actex manual or is it better to wait for the 2020 edition?

If 2020, does anyone know when this can be expected to be available for purchase?
