Default DMAC assignment deliverables - what details should be disclosed?

I have a major question about the

According to the requirement of the 3 assignments (i.e executive summary, checklist, and a report) and the example, imaginary project details (such as who are included in the committee/ task force, what are the shared hopes) are not required to be written down. Only summarized comments of each step (by ourselves) are documented and submited. Does that mean that we only need to think of the background, and then just write down the appropriate Decision making things from the module is sufficient?
That feels a bit easy even cheating, because if you only need to comment that you have applied the decision making techniques

Do we need to sumbit and details, like those in the ERM case study, such as what the shared hopes are, what are the options identified, implementation schedules? I mean, these are the actual evidence of the outcome of the decision making skills applied on the imaginary project.

I am really confused the level of details the SOA wanted.

Just follow the model solution. Include any background information in footnotes so the grader may easily follow what your project is.

Is the assignment supposed to be based on a real project? Can we make up details on our own if the real project our assignment is based on does not have these details?
