Got 63/96 on Spring 2016. I feel like that WA was much more difficult than what I've been seeing, and it's a real downer that I failed one this close to the exam.

Gotta keep chugging

Anyway, I hope there's no mid year exists on the exam.
I just sent a reply back to the sender of the SOA's memo. Hope that someone will reverse this non sense.

I've tried a few different strategies and I think I'm going to start with the WA. Any one else going this way?

Something I've noticed that could be helpful to others:

- Write out calculations instead of just doing the whole thing on the calculator. I have noticed this is a time saver on a number of WA where I then use part of the calculation to solve a subsequent part. Also helps me personally, since I am prone to dumb calculator mistakes.

I believe in the WA it is a must because if your final answer is incorrect, you can get partial credit on the steps you took.

In my opinion, the Spring 16 written portion is the hardest one

Does anyone else feel like the Adapt WA questions are way harder than the released past exam WA questions? Specifically the multiple lives Adapt questions... they seem way too difficult for what we are expected to know to pass the exam.

I hate the questions on exams that you don't solve but write out formulas and find the variance and covariance of. Those questions kill me.

Word. That and Spring '17 are nightmares, I'm able to hit the 70's for about all others.
