no mention of rollover of one year's unused points to the next year. from context, I'm assuming no rollover, but think I can live without another t-shirt or cap anyway. wonder if they'll be sending out 1099s at end of year for worth of your prize?

In the IRS memo regarding taxation of wellness plan awards, they state that a t-shirt is an example of a de minimis benefit and therefore not taxable.

I had 58 points. I took the SOA embroidered polo shirt. jelly?

I'd like to know what the full list of prizes were, how many points you need to be eligible for each and how points are awarded, so I can gauge my 2016 involvement.

i got 37. Wasn't interested in a cap or whatever the other item was. Donated it. I did wonder if I could roll over and get something "better"
