Copyright shouldn't be an issue since DW isn't selling the manuals, but as long as the solutions aren't the same as the solutions manual, everything should be fine.

Copyright could still be an issue. As an extreme, DW could not photocopy the solutions and give them away. As long as the solutions aren't the same, everything should be fine. IANAL.

I'll put this on the todo list and have it posted on Monday.
