Default Free Continuing Education for SOA members

Some of this is new, some not.

If you are a member of a section, you have free access to recorded webinars/webcasts sponsored by that section that are at least a year old:

Quote:
Watch Past Webcasts for Free

Section members can now view webcasts for free. There are just two simple rules:
-Webcasts must be at least one year old, and
-you must be a member of a section that created the webcast to view at no charge.

Webcasts that have not yet reached the year mark can be purchased for $144 through the Society of Actuaries (SOA). Free webcast recordings are housed on SOA Engage and will require you to log in using your SOA username and password. The listing of free webcast recordings will be updated quarterly.
I am a member of multiple sections, so I can give you a flavor of what's available.

F.M. Redington Prize Winning Paper - Optimal Portfolios Under Worst-case Scenarios Webcast 1.28.16 Replay In standard portfolio theories such as mean-variance optimization, expected utility theory, rank dependent utility theory, Yaari's dual theory and cumulative prospect theory, the worst outcomes for optimal strategies occur when the market declines. This is at odds with the needs of many investors. Hence, in this webcast, experts depart from the traditional settings and study optimal strategies for investors who impose additional constraints on their final wealth in the states corresponding to a stressed financial market. Experts provide a framework that maintains the stylized features of the SP/A theory while dealing with the goal of security in a more flexible way. They will construct optimal strategies explicitly and show how they outperform traditional diversified strategies under worst-case scenarios.

The SOA has a YouTube channel, and some of the videos could count for CE, like this one from the Living to 100 Symposium:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CmnO5kPber8

well, maybe that's the only one. Sometimes they have unlisted YouTube videos, and have the links from the SOA website.
