Default Non-actuarial resume

Not for me, but for a friend. I told him I would look over his resume. I know you guys are used to seeing actuarial resumes, but any thoughts at all are appreciated here.

This friend is wanting to apply for positions along the lines of Communications Manager, so is trying to craft a resume that highlights his communications skills.
