Default "☐ is the n-by-1 observation error vector"

Page 145 of the new Variance (volume 12 issue 2). What is the right way to pronounce this?

Is this new issue online? All I see is volume 12, issue 1.

I give you credit for reading variance. Back when I was a new fcas in early 90s, then all through the mid and late 90s, I used to read the proceedings and many of the cas forum articles. I found them to be very practical and useful. Variance .... not so much, imho. I think the cas thinks all that post doctoral research type stuff makes us look high tech as a profession though

I only have a hard copy of issue 2. As of today, I don't think it's been posted online.

I still get mine via snail mail. Most recent one arrived a few days ago.

Issue 2 is now posted on line: http://www.variancejournal.org/ (Seeing that issue #3 is available, I checked, and ¡voila!)
