This show totally rocks. It is really dark and really really good. Lots of long running story arcs. I can see that it will take them a while to untangle everything that they set up in the season finale.

BG has gotten better over time. I think the infanticide was intended to stir up hatred towards the Cyclon. The name of the show always makes me think of the Encyclopedia Brittanica.

Hey - that's sacrilege. And it's also not logical. Intriguing - though!

Been watching the sweet Twilight Zone marathon all morning, and the commercial for next season has been running every commercial break. I had forgotten about how good this show was, but this new promo has me all excited again. New season premieres this coming Friday, 1/6.

I thought the new season started with a lot of interesting twists. I'm really looking forward to part 2 this week.

So who is going to murder who this week? I just don't know what to think about Cain. I don't get how the lady can let her crew just have their way with a prisoner. Isn't there some sort of code of conduct towards a prisoner?

I completely agree about Baltar. Why doesn't anyone ever question him about some of the things he does? And I never understood why he built his Cylon detector, that worked perfectly fine, and then he never used it properly?

It's not human so it doesn't have rights. They should be charged with whatever you get charged with now if you get caught humping a jeep you stole from the enemy.

I think Baltar is crazy, and there really is no chip in his head. I think this makes the most sense, like why Baltar let that asian cylon run around when he knew she would probably try to blow up the ship he's on.

Occasionally that blond cylon will solve problems for him, but they are all things he could have figured out for himself since he is a (crazy) genius.

The guilt of being responsible for millions of deaths pushed his sanity over the edge, when he realized afterwards that his embezzlement must have helped the cylons disable the human's defenses.

Was it just me, or were the last two episodes sub-par? I really haven't enjoyed the recent episodes as much as I usually do.

But much cooler than an actuary posting to an actuarial web site but pretending to be a really cool guy who lives on the edge.

Or for that matter, someone who posts a junior high school comment in a thread in which they have no interest just to boost his own ego.

Fortunately, we don't have anyone around here who is like that.
