Hi guys is there a relationship between Actuarial Science and Livestock or crop investments? plz help if in a position.

Default Crop insurance

There is at least one paper in the Proceedings of the Casualty Actuarial Society on rating crop insurance.

On the livestock side, I know an actuary who prices ostrich insurance.
