The thing that was playable on iPods, etc., was a video/audio flashcard set, I think, for particular exams. As far as I know, the lecture videos have never been available for download.

Shrug - I know that's an option, but it's pretty lousy that I have to do that.

Why?

Besides, it's not any harder to send him a PM than posting here.

I should state that I bought the JAM/IA package over at JAM...so it could be a JAM issue and not an IA issue...but it's an issue. It's convenient that I post on the AO and have the option to PM AI founders. What if that wasn't the case? I purchased a product and have received no information (to my knowledge) regarding access to that product.

I emailed Carmody, since he's the guy I did business with...hope for a response from him soon.

Sorry for the lack of information. Obviously since I don't know your real name, there is little I can help you with right now. What you should have received is an email from Mike instructing you on how to start an account on our site for the online seminar. Essentially you have to register on our site using the "pay by check" option. You don't have to pay anything, but that is the quickest way you will get your account set up on our system.

It is possible that emails are lost or blocked by spam blockers. If urgency is a high priority, I always tell everyone to call me personally at 888-TIA-1006. JAM is a separate company from us. Mike likes to keep it that way so we have no access to his database and don't know who is registered. Many have registered themselves on our site already.

So you have many options and I can't help you unless you give me some more info to help you. Thanks.

That is what I'd be looking for - the audio flashcard set.

Negative on that. Those items are a JAM product and so you can only get the hard copy versions of them. Maybe in the future, but not for this sitting.

Has anyone started these yet? If so what has been your opinion of the content?

They are basically a quick overview of the source, with some problems worked out. Apparently the content will be fairly similar to the live seminar.
I really enjoyed it because I seem to learn better when I hear something. For instance, listening to Carmody working the problems out make a lot more sense than trying to understand what's going on from the source.
