Default Acuna

Acuna went in the 10th round (104th overall) in my league's draft. I would have waited a few more rounds before taking him, even though the league has a "not active" spot.

As a Braves homer I am both happy and sad to have made a good call here.

Still like relative value in my early post, but second post was overstated. Acuna is absolutely on fire now and if you have in fantasy now he's carrying your team.

As a Braves fan, that was some BS from Urena. Unfortunately I don't have him in fantasy as he went too early IMO.

Don't really want the Braves to retaliate as the pennant race is more important.

Bush league crap from a 3-12 crap pitcher. I guess if you can't get em out, drill em.

You want to know what's crap? A 6-game suspension for a starting pitcher.

SP (start 5): Greinke, Cole, Castillo, Morton, Faria, Taillon, Lamet, Gohara
RP (start 2): Allen, Diaz
SP/RP: Minor, Musgrove
IR: Rodon

Obviously carrying a lot of low end SP, but that's really due to weekly HTH points format and corresponding league behavior. Some of these SP will only get used on 2 start weeks, and others are likely cut whenever I have a need. Rodon was a "might as well use the IR slot" pick, but since Lamet got hurt one of them may be expendable.

Olson and Brinson are upside picks. If they don't pan out I'll grab a replacement level guy off waivers.
this team is a 2 seed in the 4 team playoff and highest in YTD points scored. I cut Rodon a couple months into the season due to an injury crunch and wish I had not. Probably my worst roster move of the season. Diaz has been a monster. Greinke, Cole, Morton was an effective top of the rotation. In hindsight grabbing Arenado, Lindor, and Altuve at the top of the draft and waiting on pitching was indeed the correct move.
