I didn't go through the list, but I wouldn't guess UAG is ranked very high. As for UNAM, I recently saw in the news that it was pretty high up, sort of in the top 100 (perhaps even 50? I can't remember).

I agree - total joke... I'd say mostly all of them attract the same caliber of students .. also I believe all of them probaly have their fair share of intellectual and social weakness but nobody ever ranks those....

This list is dumb. Can't comment on the non-North America schools. However, in the US I see a bunch of 2nd or 3rd tier state schools (including my alma mater) in the same category as Boston College?
