Internal bugs me more. I don't understand why you would bother with different external and internal signatures. It makes it a lot easier when you are working with people in different offices.

When is the last time you needed a coworker's address? I dropped that from my sig ages ago. I can't remember the last time I included it.

When going to another office to meet a client it's been convenient to have the office address handy from someone who works in that office. Granted, it's not hard to look these things up, but I've used it in that manner before.

Phone number is definitely more important than address. Especially when they send an email that says "Call me to discuss".

I could look it up, or look for one of their external emails that has it, or send a passive aggressive email back that says "Please tell me your phone number if you want me to call you, it might surprise you to know I don't have your email memorized". It would just be easier if they had it in their signature (and no extra work for them).
