The price of the bedroom on Amtrak includes three meals a day and the food is surprisingly good and varied and is served in a private dining car. It is a bit like a cruise on wheels. Of course if time is short, you can always fly one way or just take the train for part of the journey.

Last night's game was as ugly as it gets but a win is a win. I just hope other teams don't copy the Rams defence against Seattle.

Seattle must win its division as a minimum for any hope of playoff success so I want NO to beat SF when they play as I am not optimistic Seattle can beat SF in SF. I am more optimistic that Seattle can beat NO in Seattle.

If anyone has future decent home game Seahawks seats they want to sell let me know. I promise to protect your AO anonymity.

Wilson didn't scramble nearly as much as he should have. Probably working more on his pocket presence.

That was the Rams game plan to contain him. Wilson is too short to beat you in the pocket.

Seattle won't have any postseason success if their OL doesn't get healthy soon.

Yeah, but he's gotten out of those jams in the past. Seems he was ignoring the rush too much, and concentrating instead on receivers (and their defenders).

It's his forté.

And what was with holding off Lynch until the 4th quarter? Gotta get him out in the open.
And, holy crap, so many penalties on third down, converting them to 1st downs. Idiots!

Seahawks fans may enjoy reading today's article from Canada's national newspaper on the 12th Man:

For the next week or so, Seahawks have the best record in the NFL.
