...you could just spring 30 bucks or so, to buy the season digitally. You hang out at hooters a lot, right? Yeah, so spending 30 bucks or so on approximately 16 hours of entertainment should be a bargain for you...

What a stupid name for the series. They should have called it something like The Walking Dead: West Coast or The Walking Dead: [something else]. That formula of "Original Name: Descriptive Phrase" worked well for Star Trek, Law & Order, and CSI.

I don't think that would have worked. Nobody walks in Los Angeles, not even zombies.

I wonder if they'll ever end up having a quasi-crossover. You could for example have a character(s), minor or otherwise, in FTWD early on that is heading to DC (like before the apocalypse fully sets in and airlines are still operating, main characters brother or something, or somebody who is important and heading to DC to meet with the government or something) and then they show up in TWD at some point either as a zombie or in a group. That would be fun and would work since they will be staggered in terms of timeline.

When I visited, every body seemed to be driving.

I hope this show is scarier than TWD where the walkers don't pose that much of a threat anymore, imo. I want it to be scary like Zombie Flesh Eaters (1978).
