I think Liverpool often does worse with weaker teams. Last season in the EPL, they won a large majority of their games against top 6 teams, but struggled with lower ranked ones. I think this group stages are gonna be tough for Liverpool, despite their group seeming weak.

Real Madrid's group is the group of death imo.

Klopp had a similar problem in his last season at Dortmund. A couple months into the season they were in the relegation zone, and simultaneously had the best start in Champions League history (4-0, with +12 Goal Differential).

Why did ManU use roster slot for Zlatan? They get changes when he returns.

What is comparable situation w Costa - world class (class might not be right word) player in prime, defending champs but thin club doesn't want him, didn't sell him, won't loan him and doesn't put him on CL roster? When does a healthy superstar waste away? Weird.

Champions League and Europa League matches this week!
Seems Fox cannot show all of them live on FS1 and FS2. Are they showing some on Regional networks, too? Or online (which sucks)?

One way to watch matches not being broadcast is foxsoccer2go.com, which is a separate service, but you can watch all CL and EL games live or on replay. I haven't used it in over a year, but last time I did, it was pretty crappy.

They're showing a tape-delayed match that I want to watch, in the evening. That will be better than shitty internet service.

Is it the Chelsea or Liverpool games? Those are the games the regional networks are covering.

Spurs kick off at Wembley vs. Dortmund at 2:45...might sneak out to watch the second half.
