If you need coffee creamer, go with coconut milk creamer. All the nut milks taste off in coffee to me.

and i drink my coffee black, as God intended. mrs yoyo? she's the apostate. i'll pass along the nut milk idea. we usually have unsweetened almond milk in the frig as a fruit&veg smoothie ingredient (our usual breakfast)

Leek and potato soup can be made ahead in a large batch. Blended smooth (I use an immersion blender) it's good by itself and makes a great base for just about any soup or sauce. It can be stored in meal size containers and even frozen.
