Bon got taller than me last year - I'd guess she's 5'6" or 5'7".

D is still trying to gain on me... given his daddy is about a foot taller than me, I'm gonna guess it's going to be taller than me by Christmas. I know boys & girls have growth spurts at different ages, but D has 1 foot + to go to match his daddy.

And you can say "regression to the mean", but in Stu's family, he's short for a man. Most of his male cousins are over 6'5"... and his own sisters are both 6' tall.

I always thought this is more of a "control" thing.

I think the destruction of cuteness is when you have predatory for instance , a wasp/hornet/yellow jacket/red ant/virus/sting ray./scorpion ... these harm so that repels me.

If they didnít harm me and just crawled I would see them as cute as well. I would let them climb all over me
You should try this vsauce video:

It's not just about being small but having disproportionately large features to make us relate them to baby people.

One of my high school friends is 5'2", married a 6'9" guy and formed a business with him called TallSmall Productions.
