Default November APC (Asia) and the possibility of getting ASA by the end of this year

Hi All,

I just want to ask that is it possible for me to take the APC in Shanghai, November 28th, and still be able to get the ASA designation in December 2016 list based on your waiting time history for APC and ASA certificate?
(APC is my last requirement for ASA.)

Or I should take it a little bit faster on November 18 in Hong Kong to make it surer to be ASA by the end of this year.

How long can I register for each APC place before they expired? I cannot find the last date of registration in each month.

Another funny question is what do you guy will recommend to go for APC (and also for traveling! lol) Hong Kong or Shanghai? XD

Thank you very much
