I don't know, it helped in terms of being a nice refresher on all of the sections. I printed out the course outline and highlighted specific parts, but I found that I was forgetting parts of earlier sections when doing too much review of the last sections. So I just pasted the questions in excel and used a random question selecting macro to give myself a chance to look at a random distribution of Sections 1-9.

Are there any sections people think should be focused on more than others? Or is it pretty much equal spread of questions from throughout the material?

I'm taking this on Wednesday and about all I've done is read the text once. Should I focus my time on going through the review notes or just doing quizzes over and over again until I'm confident on all of those problems?

Do the quizzes. I think the material overall isn't too difficult, but they do ask you questions along the lines of "Select the best answer to the question" and you'll find that two or three options are valid answers to the question, but only one of them would be best.

A lot of nuances that is difficult to "study" for w/o doing quizzes to see what sorts of questions and answer choices that would show up.

Okay, thanks! I guess I'm gonna spend a lot of my weekend grinding out quizzes

LIKE IF YOU'RE HERE IN 2019

jk so I'm taking this bad boy tomorrow. Big takeaway for anyone reading this, I'm pretty sure the CAS stopped giving the extra exam attempt if you fail. Will update with my thoughts on the exam tomorrow.

Just took the exam and it was not bad at all.

I followed the steps outlined in the OP and the exam felt quite easy. There were a handful of problems (~6) that I was unsure of and I was able to narrow it down to two answer choices. The real exam imo is harder than the practice exams and the wording can be more confusing as well, but I did notice that there were some questions that were very similar to the ones in the practice problem bank, so definitely go through all the questions.

Overall, I feel like if anyone just follows the instructions in the OP and takes the exam prep seriously then the exam should be a walk in the park, because you only need like 53 out of 75 correct to pass it.

I also compiled my own problem set of all the questions from the module. I won't be posting the questions themselves but tomorrow I will list out how many questions are in each section so it will be easier for people to compile a list of all the questions when looking over the quizzes.

1: 8, 19, 6, 7, 12, 6, 13, 9 (80 total)
2: 12, 6, 8, 6 (32 total)
3: 6, 10, 8, 10 (34 total)
4: 10, 8, 5, 5 (28 total)
5: 16, 7, 15, 9, 8, 9 (64 total)
6: 21, 17, 24, 19, 6 (87 total)
7: 6, 7, 11, 22, 13, 15 (74 total)
8: 14, 14, 5, 7, 7, 13, 9 (69 total)
9: 13, 4, 13, 4, 4, 9, 9, 6, 3 (65 total)
10: 6, 6, 5, 15, 7, 14 (53 total)
11: 12, 14, 15, 11, 13, 7 (72 total)
12: 33, 13, 21, 12 (79 total)
13: 6, 12, 12, 21, 17, 8 (76 total)
14: 6, 6, 6, 5 (23 total)
15: 20, 7, 20 (47 total)
16: 7, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 12 (73 total)

956 problems total

I'm just here social distancing and figured I would utilize my time doing nothing to get started on an online course. For those who've taken it recently, which package from the Institutes would you recommend purchasing for the course?
