Default Looking for RP2000 Blue Collar Table

Does anyone have a copy of this table? I've searched the web but was not able to find a copy. Thanks.

John

I don't see it in the SOA Table Manager. The RP2000 tables there are:
RP2000 Male/Female Employee
M/F Healthy Annuitant
M/F Combined Healthy
M/F Disabled Retiree

The only other place I go to get mortality tables is mortality.org

I don't see a full table, but I do see mortality ratios

A client asked me recently: What industries were included in the "Blue Collar" tables vs While Collar?

I've been looking, but haven't seen any info on this.

Anybody have a source?

From PAge 11
Quote:
Elder consolidated the type categories into blue or white collar. The type was set as blue collar if more
than 70 percent of the participants were hourly or union. The type was set as white collar if more than
70 percent of the participants were salaried and non-union. If the type could not be determined from
the available information, Elder called the submitting actuary to determine if one of the two types could
be assigned. If the type still could not be determined, it was set as mixed collar.
