Ive only see one person make something like that on the east coast. Looks the same as the Canadia bar, accept they added some mint to the middle and called it a 'chocolate mint square'.

Maybe it's not chocolate? It's very shiny, relatively speaking. And it's a very thin coat.

I don't think it is merely melted chocolate chips like the recipes I've seen online.
