After tomorrow I will almost be able to not leave my house for at least a few weeks. But I have a roommate in the service industry, and I can't tell him that he's, like, not allowed to leave his bedroom. so we are going to try to keep this place super clean, but I feel like there's a very good chance that I'm going to get this mofo.

I don't seem to be too worried about it yet, but whether that's just because I'm super damn chill, or because the idea of my getting seriously ill just isn't "real" to me yet, I couldn't say. I don't look forward to being sick and miserable and possibly even hospital bound, for sure.

my bigger fear is not only am I sick, but the hospitals are at capacity, so i'll just die on the street in front of the hospital.

or just not really knowing when it's time to try and get to the hospital and how the heck am I getting there? does 911 come? will they be able to at that point when so many people are calling them?

I'm kind of worried about the economy but that's about it.

even if I knew how to drive, how would that help me in manhattan? I don't have a car and having a car in manhattan is really expensive.

i could take a cab to the hospital. in fact, i once did. cab got lost and i was like **** this, just bring me home and an ambulance took me, which in hind site ****ing dumb idea cause i got a bill in the mail for way too much money and i didn't even need a hospital for that.

I'm not anxious for myself. If I get it I'll probably live/be fine, but not going to restaurants/bars/traveling (or even going into work) for the foreseeable future is going to drive me nuts.
