Default Non-Binary Drivers

Do car insurance companies factor any gender options besides for male/female? I'm curious if there is any data about "non-binary" drivers.

I think the general direction for that is to simply remove gender from the rating plan given that you run the risk that the customer will always identify with the lowest-rated gender.
