Ignoring the main story and doing side quests instead.

Oh, you said fantasy worlds?

Oh I meant your "real life" rpgs. I didn't realize the AO ran a campaign. That must be...slow?

I missed my session (D&D 5E) this week since I was otherwise obligated.

Our one mage is converting to a paladin or multi-classing into it and the DM was going to let him do it through some interesting way.

The main thrust of our campaign is now that we are infiltrating a cult to attempt to figure out WTF they're planning. We are going to attempt to hide in plain sight within their caravan since we managed to get a couple of our guys installed as guards for the caravan.

We believe the cult is trying to summon Tiamat to bring about the end of the world.

I wanted the Jungle themed-room. My wife wanted the ancient Rome room. We settled on the medieval room.

I was the knight returning from the crusades to tell her of the passing of the king. She was the newly-widowed queen...

Currently playing as a giant eel with arms in a space-based game, but no one seems to be into it. We might switch over to a game called Catthulhu, where you play as regular cats in a rules-light, Call of Cthulhu-type system. It looks a lot different than a regular rpg though, and our group isn't very imaginative...

I'm DMing a D&D 5e campaign, and converting one of the Pathfinder adventure path campaigns for my group. My players are currently investigating the lack of contact from a distant fort. The soldiers there were slaughtered by ogres. Hey, it happens.
