The values on the bottom represent CY Case Outstanding. CY 2003 is represented by 2002@24 and 2003 @12.

Case Outstanding = Part 2 - part 3 - part 4

So CY 2003 Avg C/O = CY 2003 C/O (2002@24 + 2003@12) / outstanding claim counts of the same two points (part 5 section 2)

For 2016, you add all C/O for the entire last diagonal and divide by the outstanding counts of the last diagonal.

Is Time/Exam Length an issue for Exam 6 just like Exam 5?

I am wondering the same. Does it require a lot of practice to get familiar with the concepts and calculations?

From my personal experience: yes, though 5 was worse than 6 in this regard.

Do we need to purchase the study kit in addition to using TIA? or does TIA sufficiently cover all materials?

I ordered the study kit and its only about ~60 pages (less of actual reading pages). I've quickly skimmed through it and I think TIA does enough to cover the materials.

so far this is the most boring exam that I've ever studied...I felt I can read 100 pages per day without thinking much and the other day I would forget half of them...I can't be less encouraged by this exam...
