Case Outstanding = Part 2 - part 3 - part 4 So CY 2003 Avg C/O = CY 2003 C/O (2002@24 + 2003@12) / outstanding claim counts of the same two points (part 5 section 2) For 2016, you add all C/O for the entire last diagonal and divide by the outstanding counts of the last diagonal. |

![]() I ordered the study kit and its only about ~60 pages (less of actual reading pages). I've quickly skimmed through it and I think TIA does enough to cover the materials.
