Well it's official now. For policies issued in 2013, the x>20 years life valuation rate will be 3.50%. For companies looking for relief from this low rate and designing shorter term products, both shorter term valuation rates will be a "lofty" 3.75%.

What am I missing? Wouldn't the only problem be traditional WL using CVAT if NF rate < 4% (i.e. valuation rate 3% or less)?
