Please advice any source of practice exercise for Macdonal's topics on derivatives for FM, MFE, C? and how's his solution book?

Well, here's an obvious (if also obviously self-serving) place to start....

The solution manual contains the answers to the even-numbered exercises. They are fairly well-explained but they are not necessarily worked out step-by-step. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.
