Peeps on the home inspector forum are saying I should absolutely get someone out there to look at it and it shouldn't be happening. Sent an email to one that my realtor recommended. Might call as well later tonight when I get back from softball. Hopefully hear something tomorrow morning and maybe get someone out there tomorrow or at least Friday. Also talked to my realtor and she is going to talk to the builder's realtor to express my frustration that they don't know what the hell they are talking about.
