The manual should have a "Before you grill" section. Depends on the type of grilling surface... some of them you have to oil and then let the oil set in before you run it, and some you don't.

Can't get "Somebody That I Used To Know" out of my head. Why's the singer so quiet at the beginning? First time I heard it was on SNL and I thought there was a mic problem, but then I heard it on the radio, same thing. What's the point of lyrics if you're going to mumble?
