Yes, right before Sil, Paulie, Bobby, etc. came into his bedroom to see him after the accident. I think he clearly wanted to tell someone he did it, he clearly doesn't feel remorse for this one, and decided to tell the great Nevada desert after going on his roulette run. I think that's why he actually tried to get Carmella to say there was something in her voice like relief, thinking maybe he could share it with her, but when she got upset by it, he covered his tracks fast.
