Assume the Post-Jordan era started after the 1998 season.

Duncan is the best PF in history. Slight nod to him over Kobe.

I feel like Post-Jordan excludes two championships by Horry and great basketball from Shaq including a series Shaq beat Jordan. I do note Duncan outplayed Shaq in some college national team versus Pro Olympic team exhibition. Duncan has only won championships with one team. Shaq has won with two teams, however, only one in Miami. Horry has won multiple championships in three different cities.

Shaq is better than Duncan versus every other team. Duncan is better than Shaq head-to-head. Neither can defend Horry.

I'm going with Shaq as he is the funniest off the court in interviews.
