"This event was excluded from coverage under the plaintiffs' insurance policies, and under Louisiana law, we are bound to enforce the unambiguous terms of their insurance contracts as written," Judge Carolyn King wrote for a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Should I get money from the insurance companies for stuff I didn't have covered?

If so I think I need to call my agent and cancel all my policies, what a waste of money!

If you get into an accident with another car, you shouldn't get money from your accident coverage. It wasn't an accident that cost the money, it was poorly designed fenders on your car.
