Hundreds, definitely.

A lot of the career ASAs here have submitted completed PD this year, and most did leave the submission off til September/October because of meetings.

My concern is the deadline passes and for some weird reasons the SOA did not get my Plan.

Anyone else has that concern?
I sent mine UPS, and then confirmed receipt via package tracking. I even printed out the tracking detail showing when it arrived and who signed for it. If they ever say they didn't get it, well, I've now got proof otherwise.

Smile Tommorow for me

I am making my last minute adjustments tonight. My final review will be done in the morning. After I meet with my FSA at lunch it will be time to send the overnight package.

The October annual SOA meeting put a lot of people working on their write-ups this week. I already attended two seminars, so I joined a web-cast over the summer to wrap up my credits.

Best wishes to all PD'ers

Sean

Just wanted to say good luck to everyone waiting on PD results. We are about to see the PD era come to a close. By next year, people taking exams probably won't have a clue what PD was.

I'll receive the verdict on my executed PD plan sometime between Friday, Nov. 2 and Friday, Nov. 16. At least, that's what I was told by the SOA.

Sorry, you probably stated this elsewhere: what day did the SOA receive your PD packet?

I sent mine yesterday via email, but our signatures are still on their way.
E is right - it's an end of an era. I tried to have fun with the writing, even put in a couple of rebellious thoughts and a provocative quotation from Shakespear.
