Did anyone else give this a shot? I thought it was a little harder than the last one, but still quite enjoyable.

I had a bit of trouble with that, until I read the directions closer and realized I was making it harder than I needed to (I was missing the fact they tell you where to start all the words ).

In the end I didn't get the second one completed - I got a few letters, but backsolved it from the final answer (I got 5 of the 6 words and was able to get the answer from there).

most of them i read the instructions and was too lazy to figure it out. the only one i actually did attempt, and i did get the answer, was mark my words.

Wow, I started this over lunch thinking I'd solve part of it and save the rest for later... next thing I know, the afternoon has disappeared on me

Tough to put down once you've started!

Now to go back and do the one that started this thread...

Gonna start tinkering with this tonight, won't be able to put serious time into it until tomorrow evening.

Thanks for the link!

Got the final answer in about an hour and 15 minutes. Various parts of the puzzles remain incomplete, mostly the "Get A Word In Edgewise" one. Not sure how anyone would get the names of those two pictures of plants without working backwards.

Ditto, was able to get the answer for each section without solving completely on some of them, but went back afterwards to finish it.

The Internet Anagram Server was down today and I'm not embarassed to admit I couldn't anagram the remaining letters in part 6 for the life of me. Luckily, I could plug the letters into the final part and get it figured out in reverse

One of them I knew. The other I backed into.

Ok, got it. Only had three of the words, but managed to crack the solution. Got REAL lucky on Breaking Your Word by finding a couple of the pictures by sheer chance. Also had to type in phrases to find some of the words in the definition part of that puzzle. Did you guys need to look up stuff online? Cause I know y'all are better at this stuff than me, but I fear being that kid who is huffing after one lap in comparison.

Having a hell of a time finishing "In So Many Words" even with knowing the solution. Ditto with 'Edgewise', to a lesser extent.
