Is that a recommendation to bet against your pick? Now I'm confused.

Did I say 55 wins?!?!? Maybe that should have been 55 losses. I hope the 2 blowouts to Utah were just "match-up" problems but they have not looked good at all so far.

I don't think Amare Stoudemire is going to do as well this year as he did last year coming off the knee surgery. He's sat out his third game already tonight. Which is fine by me, I don't really care much for the Suns...

Did anybody see the Celtics utter humiliation of the Nuggets tonight? It's only a few games into the season, but Boston looks really really good. They've got all the right pieces in place. KG, Pierce and Ray Allen have to rank up there with the best threesomes of all time (and they seem to love playing together) and Rajon Rondo is developing into a very solid point guard...

I gotta go with Boston in the East. They may even take home the NBA crown. In the West, it looks like it'll come down to the usual suspects Dal / Phx / SA.

Is this something going around on the rumor mill? It's not clear to me why the Bulls would do this. They've got an exciting, competitive young team with good depth. Noah is not NBA starting material right now and Wallace is all banged up.
With or without Kobe though, I don't see the Bulls taking the Eastern Conference title.

yeah I watched the whole game. It was utter domination from the start. Denver looked like they were playing with a hangover though. They were missing wide open shots and their D was absolutely atrocious. The latter might be a continuing problem.

KG does make everyone else so much better. Pierce must love not having to do everything himself.

I didn't see the Denver game, but I did watch the opening game against the Wizards, and Rondo look horrible in that one. I think Celtics fans will hate him before the season's over.

The boy's got incredible speed which is by far his biggest asset. I don't think he'll destroy the team. He was running circles around Iverson at on a few plays.
