Default Tiller-Sherwood

I am the only one confused with those two?

Margaret Wilkinson Tiller vs Margaret Tiller Sherwood!

Are they the same person?
Why did she change names like that? to confuse students?

Eh. I refer to them as the IRR paper and the IRR study note, which states right on it that it's a supplement to the Foundations book.
